Adrian is Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, returning after many years overseas, including three years in New York as WNS’ Chief Digital Officer. He has also served as Chief Data and Analytics Officer, leading large-scale operations, digital transformation, and complex M&A integrations across multiple industries.
With global experience spanning Australia, the Philippines, India, and the United States, Adrian has held senior roles in Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, Travel, Shipping, and more. He has led teams of over 2,000 people, managed global capability centres, and overseen advanced functions such as data science, actuarial modelling, and AI-driven innovation.
Passionate about AI and Generative AI, Adrian focuses on harnessing data, technology, and automation to deliver efficiency, growth, and customer loyalty. He holds an MBA, Business and Education degrees, and is an AICD graduate.

Head of AI & Data Science

ABOUT
Craig is Head of AI & Data Science at Suncorp, where he leads a team of Data Scientists and AI Engineers in building and integrating AI applications across the Suncorp Group. Prior to this role, he led the technical pricing team for Suncorp Insurance’s mass market brands and began his career as an actuary in the Personal Injury business lines. He also serves as Chair of the AI & Data Science Practice Committee of the Actuaries Institute.
With a deep focus on the Insurance sector, Craig is passionate about applying AI to enhance the value customers gain from their interactions with the organisation. His team also leverages these technologies to drive intelligent automation and provide decision support for core operational processes. He sees significant potential for data to enable organisations to do well while also doing good.
